Awakening 03:25
(Rising against a putrid world, dust is all what remains. This is our begining, this is your end.) Foolish puppets, now wake up forget imposed lessons and see beyond The Tables of The Law have been broken here and now Wake up! You tried to burn me alive but my ashes remained Shot me down, I´ll stand again The remains of their chains made stronger our will Your words of wisdom only feed my hunger of kill Watch me here Fear me now Your heroes are dead Your justice ain’t blind Your god is unreal Your world is a lie Can´t you hear it? Now you will The king is dead long life the king
2.
Hush, little one, I’m gonna tell you a story… In our times happy endings decline Wolves are real, they sit in red velvet The priest is a sinner, he fucks the server Be careful with daddy, he spies when you´re naked The business man will make you work ‘til down they say you should thank him for having a job Police are all bastards if you have no gold Better carry a knife when you walk alone Hush, little girl, but don’t let your guard down I wish I could tell you a beautiful tale If they put their hands upon you cut them off Better in jail than dead on a grave Never be meek Never be quiet You owe them nothing Hush, little girl don’t let your guard down Don´t let the monsters catch your flesh You´ll hear fucking old ones call you depraved Nasty vicious fag, such a lack of firm hand Assassins and thieves are now honourable men And you’re a criminal who dared to object Hush, little one Don´t let the monsters catch your flesh Keep running ‘til the day we bury them in flames Keep running ‘til the day We´ll bury them all in flames I promise you today we’ll bury them all in flames
3.
Blaming yourself ‘til the end of your days Their claws grabbed your life and ripped it away Carved in your skin, memory and blade the moment in which turned gangrenous your flesh The man in the mirror gun to your head like if you can kill what’s already dead scratching the wound devouring your soul there in the glass, Jekyll and Hyde brutally fight Is there any hope for us dirty futures, broken past You stole my life and I’m gonna take back what’s mine The children of the grave we won’t come down without fight They dragged you away, useless and wrecked who’s gonna pay for that sanity taken a knife against their back won´t mend a broken glass but revenge is a good pill to swallow and smile
4.
And now the time has come Heaven judgements can wait Today is the trial of people´s rage Raise the flag of rebellion, traitor On napalm skies we´re gonna impose Today the fallen one is God There´s no shame tear in our eyes Samael offspring, here we rise They took so much from us they took our fear The symphony of new order is baptized with their tears The once powerful will scream burnt alive with their empire Like the witches they once scorch now they purify their souls in our unholy fire
5.
Rats gnaw the pillars of the earth Preachers announce times of drought Plage floods the streets in fear The king and his clowns still dressed in gold Some people awake but can’t talk can’t move their feet, can’t move their hands our bodies stuck, eyes in the ground we still try to scream but rich don´t look down Welcome to the nightmare, glad to see you’re awake the people asleep are happier, they say Sleep paralysis reigns in our times They buy their beliefs, pull their strings without pain but now you will see the filth over this place Can you feel the monster grabbing your neck? Making you another powerless witness

about

Dystopian Omen Salamanca, Spain

Formed in 2019 by Oli (guitar) and Azofra (drums), Dystopian Omen emerges as a death metal project. The incorporation of Johnny Molina (bass), Nacho (guitar) and María Banshee (vocals/lyrics) shaped their aggressive sound and vindictive nature. Criticizing a system based in ignorance and barbarism, the project is totally DIY, since Oli and María are in charge of mastering and artwork respectively. ... more
